What the job involves
- As a .NET Engineer, your primary responsibility will be delivering quality for our Outlook plugin, used by around 1.5 million users
- You will not only impact secure communications but also contribute on multiple levels, such as helping your teammates grow, sharing your knowledge within the team, and initiating new ways of working
- You will be responsible for developing new features and maintaining the performance of the Zivver Outlook plugin
- You'll also review code from colleagues, suggest improvements, and act as the go-to person for internal communication
- Additionally, you'll triage issues, solve bugs, and contribute to the stability, scalability, and usability of the Zivver platform
- Your drive to incorporate improvements will ensure a robust and stable platform
- Develop new features for and maintain the performance of the Zivver Outlook plugin
- Review code from colleagues and suggest improvements
- Serve as the go-to person for internal communication
- Successfully triage issues and solve bugs
- Contribute to the increased stability, scalability, and usability of the Zivver platform

Organisations are increasingly utilising instant messaging applications for external and internal communication, as they are a faster and cheaper mode of communication. With this, it becomes increasingly important to secure the messaging infrastructure as these communication environments are less secure.
Zivver offers a secure communications platform for organisations, especially those in regulated industries such as government, law and healthcare, to enable secure communication, namely through email data protection and secure file transfer. Cloud-based secure messaging products and solutions that offer this security is a market expected to grow rapidly - and indeed, Zivver has been recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies according to Deloitte.
Similar companies offering solutions for organisation communications include Realtyme and Netsfere. Zivver plans to continue adding other useful features to their product such as digital signatures, secure forms and secure video. It will invest its capital, backed by DN Capital and SmartFin, to continue market expansion in the UK as well as other international markets.
