Who you are

Recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media platforms, especially Facebook Groups
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Bonus: Experience with event planning, community management, or Salesforce

What the job involves

Manage and moderate Facebook group chats with partners, customers, and prospects
Drive engagement by initiating thoughtful conversations, sharing content, and responding to comments
Help plan and execute Rundoo’s event strategy for industry conferences
Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for conferences and trade shows
Assist with pre- and post-event communication, including follow-ups and content recaps
Track engagement metrics and suggest optimizations for community and event efforts
