Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science, with experience on growth & marketing analytics
- Previous experience implementing marketing & product analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Singular etc)
- Knowledge and experience of modern marketing measurement: marketing mix modelling (MMM), marketing attribution & incrementality testing to determine channel efficiency
- Expert level SQL and proficient with Python for data science
- Bias to action to dive into the data to find a solution to business problems without direct guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with business leads to identify analytics opportunities and communicate complex results simply

- This role is part of our Analytics & Data Science team. Being Data Driven is a core value of Super.com and this team plays a huge part in this.
- We are long time advocates and users of Snowflake, DBT & Amplitude. This isn’t a place where we are convincing the business the value of data, or just using these tools for the first time. We have maturity in our technical practices, launch a new experiment every day, and are looking for teammates to roll up their sleeves and do high quality data work
- Our data analysts are embedded team members, and work alongside PM’s, software engineers and designers in our mission aligned team (MAT) model. This allows our team members to gain deep experience and context into specific business problems and verticals to grow quickly to become subject matter experts.
- This position offers a dynamic and impactful opportunity to assume ownership of your work as you conduct in-depth analyses and productionize your work. We are specifically hiring to grow and expand our marketing analytics techniques
- Coach growth marketing stakeholders on effective channel measurement techniques, set organizational standards and develop measurement playbooks & tools
- Oversee & evolve event tracking best practices to capture any issues or errors, collaborating closely with engineers responsible for event tracking implementation
- Design and implement scalable experimentation frameworks (geo-lift tests, holdout groups, incrementality tests) to measure causal impact of marketing efforts
- Define, refine, and evolve channel-specific KPIs and metrics that align with broader business goals and marketing strategies
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations through dashboards, presentations for marketing leaders
- Autonomously identify business challenges that have impactful data solutions and build the right solution to the problem

Ecommerce scaleup Super (formerly known as Snapcommerce) is looking to revolutionize the eCommerce experience. Instead of shopping around disparate sources for the best consumer product deals, Super wants users to be able to send a message to their account and have the best personalized deals returned, ready to purchase.
The company has tried-and-tested this approach with its flagship and original platform Snaptravel, which delivers travel deals via a text-like interface across Messenger, WhatsApp, and SMS. It proved a hit, already crossing the $1B sales mark with nearly half of sales coming from repeat customers. This is substantial, as any significant overhaul of how people shop requires both efficacy and popularity to catch on - Snaptravel has both, which bodes well for the broader Super brand.
The recent boom in eCommerce has spilt over into a marked increase in mobile commerce, too. With Gen Z more likely to shop using mobile, and this demographic maturing into a substantial consumer demographic, Super, with its capital raise of more than $160 million, is poised to lead a bold and lucrative new wave in online shopping.
