Who you are
- 2–4 years experience in RevOps, SDR Ops, or onboarding roles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume client engagements (client-facing)
- Deep Lead Gen fluency — sequencing, enrichment, workflows, analytics
- Bonus if that experience includes Apollo

- Comfort working in distributed team environments
- Velocity Operator: You thrive in fast-moving environments. Handling 20+ accounts in parallel energizes you, and you know how to get to outcomes quickly without sacrificing quality
- Product Native: You’re fluent in Apollo. Sequencing, enrichment, workflows, analytics — these are second nature, and you can configure them on the fly
- Time-Boxed Builder: You don’t need weeks to architect a system. You can spin up, test, and optimize a workflow in hours, then move on to the next
- Pattern Spotter: You can look across multiple accounts and quickly identify repeatable fixes — templatizing interventions so every customer benefits faster
- Execution Athlete: You’d rather run 10 sprints in a day than one marathon in a month. You love getting things live, iterating, and seeing immediate results
- Growth-Minded: Maybe you cut your teeth in onboarding, RevOps, or SDR Ops. You want the chance to level up into GTM Engineering by proving you can operate at scale
What the job involves
- As a Scaled GTM Engineer, you are a scaled interventionist: part workflow builder, part signal translator, part credit-consumption driver. You design and deploy Apollo-native lead generation workflows for multiple accounts per week — fast, repeatable, and measurable
- You thrive in high-volume execution, using Apollo’s AI features, enrichment, and campaign logic to identify interventions that quickly improve customer outcomes
- Rapidly assess usage signals across floating accounts and design lightweight interventions
- Execute outbound/inbound campaign setups, sequencing, enrichment, and AI prompt workflows
- Manage time across 20–30 active client touchpoints at once; Hundreds per year
- Identify common GTM patterns and templatize solutions for reuse across the scaled customer base
