What the job involves
- We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who will influence a variety of initiatives alongside a world class team that is growing a modern commercial insurance product from the ground up
- Reporting directly to the Business Operations Lead, you will partner with Go-to-Market teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development and Underwriting to drive strategy and create efficient processes
- You will play a critical role in creating the frameworks that enable Nirvana to scale successfully. Each week will bring a new set of projects and challenges, where success is measured by data driven outcomes, and where you will have real ownership of business results
- Strategy: Identify, triage, and drive the strategic thinking on key revenue questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using your business acumen
- Analysis & Insights: Conduct quantitative research and analysis that results in compelling takeaways and recommendations for our leadership team
- Impact & Execution: Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects, turning your strategic recommendations into reality
- Planning / Business Health Reporting: help develop and track critical operating metrics associated with each major project for the Executive team and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Since we’re still in scrappy startup mode, there’s a lot of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds to drive direct impact on a daily basis. We knock out today’s problems while balancing our need to build for the long-term
