Marketing Operations Manager, Shopify

• We are in search of a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Brand & Audience Expansion team and support the operational execution of critical missions
• As Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage and collaborate with cross-functional peers on the Brand and Audience Expansion team to plan, produce, coordinate, and track the results of brand and marketing campaigns on a mission to inspire and empower more entrepreneurs
• You will also be responsible for creating the tools and processes that help our leadership make decisions and better understand how our team is tracking against our goals
• Ensure teams have a strong operating systems and rituals to enable information flow, improved decision making/ execution, alignment, accountability and feedback
• Own key tasks and process that keep our critical brand programs organized and on-track, always aiming to find the right tool for the job
• Develop a deep understanding of how teams work and what’s in their way, to solve bottlenecks, streamline communication, and help us focus and move faster
• Executing internal/special operational projects, to improve the team experience, drive operational improvements, and best practices across the team
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve efficiency, effectiveness and escalate areas of opportunities/risks
