Who you are
- This is a Junior role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow quickly within Web3 marketing
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partner success, or product/project coordination — ideally in crypto, tech, or startups
- Working knowledge of crypto/Web3 (DeFi, NFTs, L1s/L2s, wallets, etc.)
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear communication skills — both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly in a high-output environment
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams and timelines in parallel
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, GSheets, and/or basic design or copywriting skills
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to support partner launches across DeFi, consumer, enterprise, and institutional verticals within the Avalanche ecosystem
- This is a hands-on, high-output role focused on helping Avalanche partners go to market through coordinated campaigns that span content, social media, community, and PR
- You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that works directly with founders, internal marketing leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring new protocols, products, and platforms to life
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans for partner launches (DeFi, consumer, institutional, enterprise, etc.)
- Project manage timelines, asset development, approvals, and campaign logistics
- Assist in the creation of content and messaging (blogs, social posts, talking points, emails)
- Help coordinate with PR, social, and community teams to ensure aligned rollout
- Track campaign results, surface insights, and compile post-launch summaries
- Manage internal tools and trackers (e.g., Notion, Sheets) to keep campaigns organized
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with business development, PR, and product marketing
- Provide day-to-day support to the Growth Marketing team leads as needed

The company's strategy has been to tailor its blockchain to specific applications, establishing a reputation in the sector through efficient hard-and-fast use cases with low fees. This has allowed it to operate alongside blockchain giants like Ethereum that hoard large amounts of the DeFi market.
In answering the strong appetite for a cheaper and more scalable blockchain consensus, Ava Labs has found a keen audience, and secured the ability to pursue its goal of opening the space up to more users. The Avalanche platform has become the first to partner with Amazon Web Services, becoming part of a project to bring blockchain technology to government and enterprises. The company also partnered with digital identity verification provider Blockpass, to collaborate towards furthering the safety, security and capabilities of the ecosystem.
