Internal Communications Manager, Rimes Technologies

• The successful candidate will have experience in financial technology, delivering clear, consistent, and compelling messages across multiple internal channels
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within the financial technology or broader tech sector
• Proven track record of developing and executing internal communications strategies
• Strong content creation and editing skills, with experience across multiple media formats
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranets, content management systems, Microsoft 365)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Leadership Communication Support: Partner with senior leaders to craft clear and consistent messaging, including town halls, leadership updates, and internal newsletters
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that engage employees with company values, key updates, and strategic priorities. Lead campaigns around surveys, performance reviews, and company-wide initiatives
