Role

Who you are

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer support (ideally 1st and 2nd level support) and/or a completed apprenticeship specialising in IT. Alternatively, you will impress us with your outstanding IT affinity and excellent communication skills
  • You are experienced in using ticket management tools such as Jira, CRM tools such as Salesforce, SQL knowledge is a plus
  • You enjoy contact with customers, even if they approach us with challenging topics
  • You prefer to achieve success together with your team colleagues
  • You are able to structure your tasks effectively and prioritise the most important topics in a targeted manner
  • Your communication in German (C2) and English (C1) is flawless, both written and spoken
  • You are based in Germany

What the job involves

  • As Technical Support Manager, you are the important interface between our customers and the internal teams consisting of product management, development, customer service and sales
  • You are the first point of contact for more complex product questions and answer them by phone and our ticket system (Salesforce)
  • You get to the bottom of all kinds of concerns and ensure that they are resolved according to our KPIs
  • You will also be part of a cross-functional team to drive the further development of the software
  • As part of this, you will test bugs, new features and at the same time review new solutions in our software

casavi's platform automates and streamlines many aspects of the property management business, allowing for online ticketing and service apps for tenants. Most notably, its collaborative platform, Relay, allows real-time communication between over 50,000 real estate service providers. As an early mover in a sector urgently in need of modernisation, casavi has quickly earned a client base of over 1200 property managers, housing associations and commercial property owners with a collective portfolio of over 100,000 buildings.

Having raised funding, casavi is moving to cement its leading position in the DACH PropTech sector. It is working to develop its product with a focus on automation features, expand its partnership scheme to more real estate services and build out its team. In the longer term, it will scale its solution and increase its customer base in the DACH region.
