Associate Accountant, Self Financial

• The Associate Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and is primarily responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the company’s accounting records by analyzing, recording and reconciling transactions in the general ledger
• Process accounts payable, cash receipts, and expense reports
• Communicate regularly with operations team, customers and vendors
• Process incoming payments by check and EFT
• Assist with preparation for annual audits
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices
• Perform other tasks as needed
