Role
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, Administrative Assistant or a similar role
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating
- High candidate empathy, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude
- Nice to Haves: Experience with common ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as AI tools
What the job involves
- Runway is building AI at the frontier of what's possible, and we're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow the team behind it
- You'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting function, keeping processes airtight and candidate experience exceptional
- You sweat the details others miss, you have a bias towards action, and you hold the bar high at every step of the process
- Own the end-to-end coordination of recruiting across multiple roles; scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our ATS and documentation up to date
- Be the guardian of the candidate experience by making every touchpoint feel above and beyond
- Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale
- Learn the fundamentals of sourcing alongside our recruiters; over time, you'll take on more ownership of building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
