Who you are
- 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, or sales) ideally within the crypto industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with clients at all levels
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and data platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a strong advantage
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with an interest in interpreting client data and identifying key trends
- Positive and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Interest in digital assets, payments, and financial infrastructure
- Team player with the flexibility to support a growing and fast-moving business
What the job involves
- Supporting the Customer Success Lead (Crypto) in managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring timely, clear, and helpful responses
- Monitoring account usage and client activity, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities using internal tools and dashboards
- Managing administrative tasks including email correspondence, meeting scheduling, internal notes, and client onboarding documentation
- Supporting regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews, escalating issues where appropriate and ensuring a high standard of client communication
- Assisting in identifying upsell opportunities and preparing materials for client presentations, proposals, and renewals
- Contributing to process improvement by suggesting ways to improve internal workflows and client-facing materials
- Supporting data analysis and reporting to track performance and inform strategic decisions
