Marketing Operations Specialist, Sitecore

• 2-3+ years of proven experience administering Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Strong working experience and knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Hands-on experience with marketing campaign operations and lead management
• Understanding of B2B marketing processes and the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Administer and optimize Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), serving as the primary platform expert
• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows
• Manage lead scoring, grading models, and segmentation strategies
• Campaign & Lead Operations - Support the marketing team with campaign creation, setup, and execution
• Data Management
• Maintain database hygiene and ensure data quality across all marketing systems
• Perform data migrations, list imports, and create targeted segments
• Monitor data flow between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Process Improvement & Optimization - Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
• Team Enablement & Support - Respond to and resolve marketing operations support tickets and requests in a timely manner
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the liaison between marketing and internal teams (sales, IT, revenue operations)
• Marketing Technology Administration - Maintain and administer marketing operations tools (Pardot, Salesforce)
