Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in software development/software engineering
Experience must include two (2) years of the following: Development of applications involving high volume (billions of requests per day) transactions; noSQL; EMR; Spark; Consul; Zookeeper; and ELK
Experience may be gained concurrently

What the job involves

Develop and implement software modules and applications that maintain and improve the overall health, performance, and capacity of software systems and applications involving high volume (billions of requests per day) transaction processing
Provide subject matter expertise in systems operations to the application design and development process
Implement and design systems and networks used to operate production infrastructure. Create and implement applications that increase automation of routine systems operations using noSQL solutions. Design, implement, and manage continuous delivery pipelines utilizing EMR and Spark
Develop software tools to monitor infrastructure and custom applications using Consul, Zookeeper, and ELK
Document system design and application operation procedures
Build, monitor, and tune production systems
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced systems issues across software stacking

Nexxen provides an end-to-end self-service CTV & video marketing platform, helping to provide businesses with the appropriate engagement tools to future-proof their video marketing. The platform includes AI-driven analytic tools based on audience data, marketplaces for the self-serving of media for campaigns, in addition to analytic tools to assess the success of campaigns in real-time.

Whilst several other start-ups provide either video engagement tools or self-serve video marketing marketplaces, Nexxen has taken the smart angle of combining both into a single platform, whilst specializing in futureproofing companies for the rise in CTV engagement demands. The company aims to save clients money, time, and operational complexity by unifying where they operate their video advertisement campaigns into a single platform.
