What the job involves

As a CRM-Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for creating and managing our communication channels (Emails, Whatsapp, SMS). Your main goal is to engage, reactivate and pre-quality new and existing customers, which is crucial to drive Sales
Creation and management of our marketing-driven CRM-campaigns on various channels (Email, Whatsapp, SMS etc.)
Implementation and analysis of A/B tests
Development of concepts on how to qualify, engage and reactivate customers
Work closely together with our design-, product-, marketing and sales department
Data analysis and creation of management reports
