Role
Who you are
- You have 3-4 years of experience as a PO or a similar role
- You can demonstrate a successful track record of utilising your strong data insights background to drive decision-making, validate product ideas, and achieve tangible improvements
- You have a proven track record in product management within a (preferably B2B) marketplace and/or SaaS environment, with a good understanding of the dynamics and complexities of such platforms
- You possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build strong relationships with our B2B customers, external stakeholders, and internal (remote) teams across different time zones and cultures
- You demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling the identification of growth opportunities and the formulation of effective strategies to expand the supply side of the marketplace
- You have strong project management skills to drive initiatives, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You have knowledge of the car repair industry, including an understanding of claim handling and/or repair shop operations, customer expectations, and emerging trends, would be a big plus
What the job involves
- We are expanding rapidly throughout Europe and we are looking for an experienced Product Owner
- As a Product Owner you will enable the growth of the demand side of our marketplace and enhance engagement with our B2B customers
- You will play a pivotal role in the optimization of the B2B repair managers' experience with our marketplace
- Driving the success and efficiency of our B2B customers while using our platform
- B2B Customer Engagement: Boost B2B customer and end-user engagement and productivity. Define and deliver features to enhance our SaaS and marketplace. Help repair managers efficiently manage fleet repairs. Continuously improve the platform experience for repair managers
- Customer Growth: Be involved in the implementation of new features that support our Commercial team to attract, onboard, and retain a growing number of B2B customers on our platform
- Data Analysis and Research: Utilise data and analytics to gain insights into the performance of our B2B customers and identify areas for improvement. Monitor key metrics related to customer efficiency, cost savings, feature adoption and customer satisfaction
- Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, such as expertise companies and fleet management software providers, to explore synergies and enhance the value proposition for our customers. Seek opportunities to integrate their services or establish strategic alliances
- Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional remote teams to define and prioritise product features and enhancements that specifically cater to the needs of our customers and their end-users. Ensure seamless integration of new functionalities within the existing platform

Fixico is following a tried-and-true playbook of modern tech companies: aggregating access to independent vendors in a digital marketplace. In this case, it is connecting car repair shops and insurers across Europe to customers on its platform.
Fixico uses technology to ‘match-make’ between types of car damage and particular repair shops, resulting in a smooth, well-priced experience for all stakeholders. Its an interesting approach, and the company has got off to a good start from which it can continue to iterate and expand across Europe.
