Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-stack Engineer (front-end expert)
- FlexAI is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on front-end development to join our growing team
- Expertise in front-end development using modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for building user-centric interfaces
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and other front-end tools
- Familiarity with backend development (Go, Python, Node.js, etc.) and fullstack environments
- Ability to take ownership of projects, make technical decisions, and propose the best front-end solutions for the business
- Experience working in agile development teams and collaborating across multiple teams and departments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and API integrations
Desirable
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments
What the job involves
- As the front-end expert, you will have the opportunity to define the technical stack, shape the architecture, and take full ownership of building a seamless and intuitive portal for our clients
- This portal will serve as the primary interface for our AI solutions, making your role critical to the user experience
- You will collaborate closely with our product, backend, and design teams to ensure that we deliver an engaging and user-friendly platform
- In this role, you will be responsible not only for writing clean, efficient code but also for leading the design and decision-making process for all front-end technologies
- Lead front-end development: Design and implement the front-end architecture for FlexAI’s client portal, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Choose the technical stack: Evaluate and propose the best technologies, frameworks, and tools to use for building a cutting-edge user interface
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, backend engineers, and designers to deliver a cohesive and engaging user experience
- Fullstack responsibilities: While the focus is on front-end, you will also contribute to backend development when needed, ensuring smooth integration across the stack
- Maintain best practices: Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, ensuring best practices in coding standards, testing, and continuous integration

With a vision to contribute to the AI revolution, FlexAI delivers a layer of software intelligence, abstraction and orchestration into the AI compute stack. By rearchitecting existing architecture, it is creating accessible, universal AI compute to support the future of machine intelligence.
The idea is to combat the existing challenges with running AI workloads across diverse hardware. By doing this, FlexAI will enable AI developers to leverage a broader range of computing power without needing to modify their code.
FlexAI only came out of stealth in 2024, so we've yet to see much of what it has to offer, but its proposition has attracted a hefty seed investment. This will support the company as it moves forwards with the launch of its first product and towards its ultimate goal to empower AI acceleration.
