Head of Business Development, Fireworks AI

• 3+ years of experience leading BDR teams with measurable success in driving pipeline and revenue
• Strong understanding of outbound and inbound lead generation strategies and execution
• Hands-on experience implementing/optimizing sales development tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo. etc.)
• Ability to build scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to team performance and process improvement
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to understand complex markets and buyer behavior
• High bias for action with a track record of executing quickly and effectively
