Who you are
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Outreach.io or similar technology
- Outreach Administrator certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing messaging skills to craft sales-ready emails
- Familiarity with Account-Based Selling strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience training and supporting Outreach.io users
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach.io Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of Outreach.io in engaging customers and prospects
- You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure optimal use of the Outreach.io platform
- Additionally, as the system administrator, you will be responsible for managing all content, processes, and reporting
- Develop and maintain sequences, templates, snippets, and meeting types in Outreach.io
- Test, analyze, and refine content to enhance performance and engagement
- Conduct trend analysis and generate reports on effectiveness and user adoption
- Manage rulesets, profiles, org settings, user configurations, triggers, and automated processes
- Enforce tagging and collection protocols for streamlined organization
- Ensure CRM data cleanliness across Outreach.io, Dynamics, and ZoomInfo
- Collaborate with marketing to identify and segment leads for Outreach.io sequences
- Oversee SDR and Sales Team onboarding, ensuring a seamless Outreach.io setup
- Lead trainings, office hours, and documentation efforts to drive user adoption

ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
