Who you are
- Proven experience in working with .NET
- Proven experience in working with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- Ability to evaluate and define specifications for work items and identify unclarities
- Any modern JavaScript framework & TypeScript
Desirable
- Exeprience with Vue.js
- Experience in debugging SQL Server performance
- Experience in working with extensive database schemas and efficiently assimilating new ones
- Experience in tinkering with CI/CD tools, e.g Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines, or Github alternatives
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud vendors
What the job involves
- Aibidia is looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead and work on the Research and Development team to create and expand Aibidia's range of solutions
- You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional product to clients such as Nokia, Dyson, Bridgestone, and Olympus, to name a few
- Support team members in their growth by helping to set career goals and participating in hiring and performance discussions
- Work with the team and the tech leads of the team to drive discussions on future tech strategy and roadmap
- Responsible for hiring and onboarding new talent and follows clear milestones to ensure that a new team member is brought up to speed and set up for success
- Works with various stakeholders to ensure that ambitious, but realistic goals are set and can rally their team behind those goals

- This interview follows the submission of your skills challenge. You can expect to meet senior members of the department to which you're applying, and other relevant, cross-functional colleagues, who will ask more technical, subject-matter specific questions to test your suitability for the position in a relaxed environment
- Depending on the role, there may also be a presentation element. It is quite usual to be nervous at this stage. Don't worry though, the team will do their best to put you at ease so we can really see what you'd be like to work with everyday. We highly encourage you to bring more department-specific and job-specific questions to this interview
- Cultural Match Interview
- This is the last stage in Aibidia's interview process where you will meet some of our most senior leaders. You have done most of the hard work to get here already - well done! You can expect a discussion around your previous roles and how they fit in with Aibidia's growth plans as well as some questions around your interests and career goals. We recommend you are prepared with suitable questions too
- Offer Presentation Call
- Congratulations on making it to the offer stage! You will have a call with Aibidia's Head of People to discuss the terms of your offer
