Data Analyst, Bitfinex

• We’re seeking a Growth Data Analyst — someone curious, analytical, and proactive
• A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering meaningful insights, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
• You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment and be genuinely excited about crypto, trading, and analytics
• We value accuracy, ownership, and continuous learning, and are looking for someone who embodies these traits to join our growing Marketing team
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry
• Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or MixPanel
• Familiarity with trading, web3, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs, such as deposits and trading volume
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis

Desirable

• You will report to the Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition Lead, and will:
• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance
• Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
• Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks
• Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams
• Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning
• Manage data pipelines and analysis for Hubspot in collaboration with the BD team
