Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2–3 years leading and scaling design teams in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Deep hands-on experience designing for complex, data-rich workflows
- Proven ability to balance leadership and individual contribution, especially in a growth-stage company
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, and modern design operations
- Strong collaboration skills. Able to influence and align with senior Product, Engineering, and Data leaders
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; you can connect design craft to business and customer outcomes
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent, and for building an inclusive, high-performing design culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, or a related field

What the job involves
- We’re seeking a Director of Product Design to lead, inspire, and expand a talented team of designers while remaining hands-on in designing experiences across complex, data-rich B2B workflows
- As Enable continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in defining our design vision and ensuring that design excellence, user empathy, and business impact are woven into every stage of the product lifecycle
- You’ll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to shape our design strategy bringing simplicity and clarity to inherently complex enterprise problems
- Lead and grow the design team, coaching, mentoring, and hiring exceptional product designers
- Shape the design strategy and vision for Enable’s suite of B2B products, ensuring cohesive, intuitive user experiences
- Be hands-on in high-impact design initiatives particularly around data-heavy workflows in rebates, pricing, and analytics
- Evolve and govern Enable’s design system, maintaining visual and interaction consistency across multiple product surfaces
- Champion user-centered design practices and embed them into discovery, experimentation, and delivery processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to drive alignment on priorities and design outcomes
- Raise the bar on design quality, setting measurable standards for usability, accessibility, and delight
- Influence product direction through strong design storytelling and evidence-based insights from user research
- Advocate for the design function across the organization helping shape how Enable designs for customer value, not just feature delivery
Our take
Rebates – payments from seller to buyer after the buyer has purchased specified goods – are an essential part of operations in a range of industries, acting as both an incentive to drive sales as well as a way to foster loyalty between trading partners. However, the archaic systems and timely practices surrounding the management of these rebates has the potential to negate the intended benefits. Enable delivers a rebate management platform that drives trusted relationships between B2B trading partners, by simplifying processes and minimising disputes.
Enable was founded in 2016 in response to the supply chain problems caused by the lack of trust, lost agreements, and siloed data surrounding rebates. Its platform automates processes to increase efficiency, allows rebate claims to be made in a timelier manner, manages pricing calculations and, importantly, reduces disputes by keeping accurate audit trails. The company stands out by a focus not only on simplifying rebate processes, but going further to convert rebates into an “engine for growth”.
Enable has raised considerable funding and support, and served many customers, demonstrating the utility of its product. Investment is cited to go towards increasing headcount and accelerating its growth into new global markets.
