Role
Who you are
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a marketing and communication management role in the MarTech/AdTech sector
- Your organizational skills are exceptional, and you are known for your proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and orally)
- You are creative, solution-driven and think out of the box
- You love interacting with people and building relationships (this job requires interacting with press, partners, and key stakeholders on a regular basis)
- You are a team player
- You have a pronounced knack for digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
- You are a native French speaker and fluent in English (compulsory)

What the job involves
- Your mission: Consolidate Kolsquare's position as the leader in the Influencer Marketing industry in France and expand our target audience to serve enterprises and major corporations for sustained growth
- Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, you will spearhead our marketing and communication efforts across the French market
- This role involves a close collaboration with Brand, Content, and Growth managers to devise and execute robust marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales across diverse channels including Events, Press Relations, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Email Marketing, and Paid Campaigns
- Define and implement marketing and communication strategies for the French market aligned with overall business objectives
- Analyze local marketing KPIs to continuously refine strategies and enhance effectiveness
- Provide critical market insights to the Global Growth team to inform broader marketing strategies
- Support the Global Brand Manager with the orchestration of events, press relations, and social media initiatives specifically tailored for the French market
- Generate compelling marketing content appropriate for the French audience, such as newsletters, paid advertisements, web content, and other marketing materials
- Forge and maintain strategic marketing partnerships locally
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities, providing detailed reports and insights to the company
- Engage in collaborative efforts with other teams within Kolsquare, including Sales, Account Management, and Product Development
