Senior Software Engineer, FLYR

• 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis and RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies, JMeter and Postman for advanced QA
• Experience leading projects that include strategic problem-solving and high-impact results, following Clean Architecture principles and best practices
• A tactical approach to balancing code quality, testing, and long-term architecture
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish (fluency in both will be a plus)

• Conduct in-depth code reviews and maintain best practices in testing and monitoring to ensure reliability
• Communicate technical challenges clearly and provide data-driven feedback to enhance team performance and direction
