Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant field of study preferred
- 8+ years of experience in the role of Executive Admin, Corporate Admin, Department Admin, or similar position
- Ability to work on site five days a week
- Excellent and efficient computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational prioritization & time management
- Passion for renewable energy and supporting the energy transition
- Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Prior experience managing proposals, contracts, or other complex documents
- Experience supporting marketing, finance, corporate, or sales functions preferred

- We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leaders in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- A successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to think critically, anticipate needs & maintain confidentiality
- This highly visible role provides significant opportunity to positively impact the organization, drive efficiencies and process improvements
- Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and work on a wide variety of complex assignments of a critical and/or confidential nature
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
- Setting objectives, defining priorities & managing time
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in all aspects of this dynamic role
- Contribute to the excellent reputation of the company and team through professional, friendly and respectful interactions with all internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
