Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of product management experience, with a proven ability to manage complex products that involve multiple stakeholders and user types
- Exceptional ability to synthesize feedback from clinicians, coaches, and members into a single, cohesive product narrative
- A "no task is too small" attitude and a drive to solve problems in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape
- A data-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail; you are comfortable diving into the weeds of product analytics to uncover insights and have a disciplined approach to ensuring every edge case is accounted for before launch
- Experience with Jira and Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Prior experience navigating digital health or another similarly complex, highly-regulated industry (e.g., FinTech or InsurTech) preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Mixpanel, or other data visualization tools, allowing you to independently query data and validate hypotheses and a basic understanding of APIs and the difference between frontend and backend engineering work preferred
What the job involves
- As a Product Manager at Calibrate, you will sit at the center of a mission-driven team dedicated to changing the way the world treats metabolic health.
- Working closely with the Director of Product, you will help architect the member’s journey - from the moment a member joins and navigates clinical intake, through their daily habit-tracking and GLP-1 medication management, to the internal tools that empower our clinical and coaching teams to deliver world-class care.
- You are responsible for ensuring that every digital touchpoint feels like a cohesive, supportive, and effective path toward sustained metabolic health
- Holistic Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Product to align cross-functional efforts into a unified product vision that serves the member and internal teams at every stage of the Calibrate journey
- End-to-End Optimization: Identify friction points across the entire member journey by facilitating user research with members and internal teams, analyzing user feedback and product insights, and shipping solutions iteratively that streamline the experience
- Cross-Team-Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical and Coaching Operations, Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Member Support to ensure that our technology enables a seamless care model
- Outcome-Oriented Growth: Monitor holistic health markers and engagement metrics to ensure that product updates are driving actual results for our members and unit economics goals
- Operational Excellence: Drive team transparency by managing weekly meeting agendas and materials, triaging and communicating bug resolutions, and drafting high-impact release updates to keep all stakeholders aligned on our progress
- Delivery: Work closely as a Product, Design and Engineering trio to align on feature scope and write tickets that break down features into smaller iterative chunks

Obesity affects four in ten Americans, but treatment has long been overlooked, often categorized as a lifestyle problem rather than a healthcare issue. Calibrate is changing that by offering a combination of cutting-edge medication and physiological training to help people make lasting changes to their weight.
The medications used by Calibrate, including GLP-1 drugs, have shown strong results in clinical trials. When combined with sustainable lifestyle changes, its program helps patients achieve lasting weight loss. However, while these medications show promise, long-term safety and effectiveness still require further study, especially since continued use is necessary to prevent weight regain.
Despite these concerns, Calibrate's approach has helped over 20,000 people, and many have sustained health improvements well beyond the first year. It has faced some challenges, including negative press and a round of layoffs, but with funding and positive attention around next-gen weight loss drugs, the company continues to be a leader in the field.
