Who you are
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, or a relevant industry experience
- Passion for CRM, email marketing, and the education industry
- Familiarity with email marketing methodologies and their best practices
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling email content
- Amazing organisational skills with an analytical mindset and a strong eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Bonus: Proficient with HubSpot email marketing and marketing automation tools
What the job involves
- Assist in managing and executing the CRM strategy for B2C and B2B audiences
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop innovative marketing campaigns that help us maximise retention and lifetime value
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for email marketing optimisation
- Monitor and report on CRM data including behaviour and engagement trends
- Able to work with stakeholders across the organisation to make ideas a reality and deliver our marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in email marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team

Its adaptive learning platform reduces teacher workload, supports teachers in managing mixed-ability classes, and enables those who are not subject experts to run productive classes. For parents, Atom Learning is also an affordable alternative to private tutors.
The company has experienced rapid growth since its launch and is now being used by over 120k families and 1,000 schools, and is also used in countries such as Hong Kong, Nigeria, South Korea and Abu Dhabi. It is now focusing on the next stage of its growth both in the UK and global markets, and on continuing to build out the data science and content that it provides to its users.
