Role
Who you are
- 3–4 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards and usage metrics to guide decision-making
- Deeply customer-focused and motivated by helping organisations succeed
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Excited to work in a fast-growing startup environment where processes are still evolving
- Passion for sustainability, climate action or purpose-driven technology is a strong advantage
What the job involves
- Help the advisory team ensure a smooth transition from sale to successful platform adoption, and guide customers through data setup, emissions calculations, and early value milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK/EU customers
- Build strong relationships with sustainability, operations and leadership stakeholders
- Proactively identify churn risks and upsell opportunities through usage insights, customer feedback and regular check-ins
- You’ll help customers navigate increasing climate disclosure requirements and turn emissions data into action
- Drive customer retention through structured success planning, quarterly business reviews and ongoing engagement
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Track customer health, adoption and satisfaction metrics
- Lead QBRs and success planning
