What the job involves

Elum Energy is looking for a Business Operations Manager to play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and driving operational excellence in a fast-growing environment
This is a unique opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and make a significant impact by shaping the future of our Business Operations team
Analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes across teams
Manage and optimize key tools such as CRM and automation systems to enhance team productivity
Define performance metrics, create dashboards, and implement reporting systems to track business success
Own the Business Operations roadmap, collaborating closely with leadership to align operational strategies with company goals
Provide training and support on tools and best practices to maximize efficiency
