• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple C-level executives simultaneously
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably a startup or high-growth company
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
