Role
Who you are
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration with a concentration in finance; Proficiency in a wide array of office software platforms (MS Outlook & Office, most notably must have high proficiency in Excel)
- Experience / Background: Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant financial reporting capacity, with exposure to budgeting management. Preferred previous work experience with marketing teams
What the job involves
- The Analyst of Commerical Marketing Strategy & Deployment (CMSD) will report to the VP of CMSD and will support the Commercial Marketing organization to drive an upgraded and rigorous approach to driving consistency and transparency in our connectivity from the Marketing Plans to Commercial Plans
- This role will lead the tracking, analysis and reporting of field marketing A&P spend and program activity in line with commercial performance
- Support the creation of clear guidelines for Field marketing budgets in alignment with Pernod Ricard’s growth strategy
- Track Field Marketing budgets and Channel Shopper Marketing budget and develop holistic overview to be shared with key stakeholders
- Consolidate and share Field A&P planned and spend insights with Marketing leadership to inform strategic decision making
- Partner with key cross-functional teams to analyze field marketing A&P spend to understand trends / co-relations / impacts on commercial performance
- Support ROI analysis and aggregation of program data from multiple sources
