Who you are
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager
- Ideally experience working in a regulated environment
- Be able to build relationships fast and work with uncertainty
- Basic DBS (can be applied for once successful in role)
What the job involves
- ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Product team
- We’re looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one
- The role is initially maternity cover however ProblemShared is growing quickly and so there is a strong possibility that the role could become a permanent one
- We’re looking for someone who will be available either immediately or with a short notice period
- Understand and identify the underlying problems that our customer groups face
- Define solutions that solve those underlying problems while building efficiency into our platforms
- Understand the marketplace, new technologies and evolving clinical approaches to ensure that we become and remain at the forefront of our field
- Bring experience and ideas to the team, that can be leveraged and applied to help us become a more effective and productive unit
- Owning the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and on to post-launch optimisation
- Working with key organisational stakeholders and customer groups to plan, define and deliver a product vision for your areas of focus
- Working with the clinical team to understand the challenges that they face and finding consensus on the underlying issues that we need to solve
- Developing an understanding of the key regulatory requirements in healthcare and how they impact and steer our service delivery
- Defining and prioritising product features based on user feedback, market research, regulatory needs and business priorities
- Bringing the user to the heart of the product development process. Integrating data and insights, user feedback, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Defining KPIs and reporting on relevant performance measures for the Product area
- Working across functions to define and improve lean/agile processes, advocating agile ways of working and a data-driven approach to product development

ProblemShared are growing rapidly with a very strong, clinically-led team of therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists. The company can diagnose and treat conditions ranging from mild depression and ASD through to complex PTSD.
