Role
Who you are
- You’re an experienced product designer ready to tackle meaningful challenges. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience as a product designer, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment
- A portfolio showcasing delightful, shipped products you’ve contributed to
- Strong human-centred design skills, including setting research goals, interpreting findings, and defining user-friendly solutions
- A love for collaboration and experience working effectively with UX researchers, engineers, and product teams
- Stories about challenging problems you’ve solved and the journey to your solution
What the job involves
- We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on our journey, tackling complex, meaningful challenges that drive positive change
- Own the end-to-end design process to deliver solutions that balance user needs with business goals
- Become an expert on our users—healthcare professionals, care organisations, and staffing agencies—and deeply understand their challenges
- Take customer pain points from discovery to solution as part of a cross-functional team
- Create delightful designs and ensure a seamless experience—Florence is more than just an app; it’s a complete user journey
- Collaborate with our UX Researcher to transform insights into intuitive, impactful designs
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and contribute to usability testing
- Partner closely with engineers to bring your designs to life
