Role
Who you are
- You have several years of experience in high-volume recruiting, making you well-versed in the specifics, challenges, and best practices in this field
- You already have first leadership experience, for example in managing your own team
- Your recruiting expertise includes conducting interviews, getting talents exited about the company and the role while ensuring an efficient and warm candidate experience, as well as analyzing recruiting data and identifying optimization potential in the recruiting process
- You are fluent in both German and English, with additional language skills being an advantage
- You are happy to take responsibility for achieving set goals and pursue them in a structured, conscientious, and efficient manner
- You combine your experience with a healthy dose of humor and flexibility
What the job involves
- Our Talent Recruiting Team ensures that our talents – our freelance, remote-working customer care agents – are perfectly matched with the right projects
- Talent Recruiting and Interviewing: You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process together with a strong team, from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews and final decisions
- Capacity Coordination: You will coordinate the capacity for each project in close contact with the respective project management, assess the talents’ skills based on their profiles and applications, and independently make informed decisions about their placement in suitable projects
- Analysis and Process Optimization: You will analyze completed recruiting processes, develop and implement improvement measures, and thus contribute significantly to increasing the efficiency of our recruiting
- Leadership and Team Management: You will lead your team of around 5 people and actively support their development, also acting as a mentor for less experienced team members
- Task: You will work closely with our Team Lead Onboarding & Recruiting and contribute significantly to our success by attracting and recruiting the best talents for youmdmay
- Chance: After intensive onboarding, you will quickly take on the responsibility for your area. We trust in your abilities and want to grow together with you
