Who you are
- Ideal candidates will have experience building complex systems or possess hands-on expertise with large monorepos and distributed build systems
- 3+ years of industry experience working on complex engineering problems
- Experienced in designing scalable, reliable systems for internal use
- Experienced in Bazel
What the job involves
- We are seeking talented engineers to join our team in developing cutting-edge continuous integration and delivery infrastructure for the X platform
- Optimize Bazel build speed vertically and horizontally
- Optimize internal language compilers
- Scale out CI for increasing engineering demands
- Write custom IDE plugins
- Rewrite and modernize services and technologies
Application process
- After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15-minute phone screening with a member of the team. If you clear that interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four steps:
- Coding assessment in a language of your choice
- Project deep-dive: Present your past exceptional work to a small audience
- Meet & Greet with the wider team
- Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. There will be at least one in-person interview
