Who you are
- You are a student of economics or humanities
- You have initial experience in consulting, in a start-up or in the pharmaceutical industry
- You have great interest and/or in-depth specialist knowledge of the healthcare market and its stakeholders
- You have an excellent understanding of numbers and a very analytical way of thinking
- You are a professional in using Excel and Powerpoint
- You have an above-average structured, organized and independent way of working
- You have a “hands-on” and “can-do” mentality
- You have a talent for communication and can express yourself excellently and professionally in both German and English
What the job involves
- We are now looking for an ambitious and responsible Founder's Associate
- As the right hand of our co-founder, you have the opportunity to contribute your entrepreneurial spirit every day
- You'll use your business acumen to improve the lives of millions of people suffering from chronic illnesses
- You act as an entrepreneur in the company and play a key role in the establishment and further development of our digital health venture
- You support our founding team in corporate development
- You will be involved in cross-topic and cross-team projects (e.g. process analysis and optimization, market analysis)
- You analyze our status quo, develop suggestions for improvement and identify new business areas
- You are actively involved in our company and independently provide new ideas
- You analyze our operational business activities using KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You will be involved in the conception of strategic ideas, structures and processes and support us in the operational implementation of these
- You support (strategic) communication with internal and external stakeholders
- You actively participate in investor relations
Our take
Currently being used in five European clinical studies, Nia Health is a digital medical platform geared towards those suffering from chronic skin conditions such as neurodermatitis. Through digital therapeutics and consultations, Nia also aids in the monitoring of patients and treatments through industry data analysis, which can be leveraged by businesses as well as patients.
This multi-pronged solution to chronic skin conditions has drawn major investment from Biomed investors such as Ventura and the Berlin University of Medicine. In response, Nia has been scaling up its operations throughout the EU.
The investment will be used to lay the groundwork for US market entry, something that it is primed for after partnering with the likes of Sanofi and Pfizer since its founding in 2019. With revenue doubling between 2021 and 2022, Nia is on the right path for continued growth.
