What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work in an agile environment on our Conversations product which offers a continuous performance development solution with a full spectrum of feedback, check-ins, priorities and reflections to develop the talent of any team
  • You will be joining one of our two squads - Jellybeans. Jellybeans' mission is to drive engagement and foster a culture of feedback within organisations, ultimately contributing to improved business outcomes for our users and clients​

The "Report Access" function enables managers to authorise users to access centralised reports, eliminating the need for complex spreadsheets.
