Role
Who you are
- Have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Have experience working cross-functionally and partnering with executives across various departments
- Are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Are proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executive you support
- Thrive in a remote work environment, specifically in the PST timezone
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide support to the Head of Product Marketing
- This is a great opportunity for a senior-level EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience working cross-functionally with executives
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels in managing complex schedules, has strong organizational skills, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Provide high-level executive support to the Head of Product Marketing, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Handle travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage travel logistics
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive-level meetings
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Product Marketing and internal teams, ensuring information flows effectively and tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects, including event planning, team offsites, and cross-functional initiatives
