Talent Acquisition Coordinator, CoreWeave

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams
• Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack
• Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting the operational excellence of the recruiting process. You’ll manage interview logistics, maintain data accuracy across our systems, and serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and aligned with our values
• Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse
• Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Notion, etc.) are always up to date
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support throughout the process
• Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements
