Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a customer-centric marketing leader with a strong performance and data-driven mindset
- You bring deep expertise in SEA, affiliate and CRM
- A solid technical understanding enables you to bridge business goals with digital development
- You bring 5+ years experience in B2C performance marketing (agency, travel- or e‑commerce company)
- You have a proven track record in growth marketing, customer acquisition and conversion optimization in digital products
- You have worked with tech- and product-teams before and are experienced in mentoring and cross-functional team leadership
- You are metric-driven and have a track record on customer-centric approaches
- You have a solid understanding of Marketing-, Web-, and App-Technologies and are skilled with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
- You are an excellent communicator and problem solver and are fluent in German and English, Dutch would be an advantage
- You love camping
What the job involves
- With proven experience in Conversion rate optimization, you drive measurable impact through clear KPIs
- As an agile leader and mentor, you empower autonomous squads, foster cross-functional collaboration, and effectively manage the different stakeholders
- As part of the management team, you can shape and translate strategy into operational goals
- You define the strategy of the Tribe “Marketing and Conversion” and the OKRs to fulfill ambitious growth targets
- As a tribe lead, you are an agile leader of three squads (Marketing, Web, App) with about 20 employees. You coach squad leads, foster autonomy and accountability. For the squad Marketing you are operationally acting as the squad lead
- As the lead for the squad Marketing you are responsible to drive customer acquisition through our channels like SEA, affiliate, app and create retention with CDP, CRM, automation, and personalization
- You align the experts in your squads on conversion optimization and cultivate a strong data analytics-driven mindset and a focus on Customer centricity

Recognising this problem, PiNCAMP emerges as a solution to streamline the camping experience for German, Dutch, and Swiss campers.
Aiming to bridge the gap between the rich camping traditions of Europe and the contemporary digital age, PiNCAMP leverages a combination of camping expertise with the innovative approach of a startup. The platform serves as a booking portal as well as an inspirational source for campers, through an online magazine that provides news, advice, insider tips, and campsite reviews.
By continually developing and introducing innovative solutions, PiNCAMP seeks to create a camping experience that is not only seamless but also goes beyond conventional expectations. With a commitment to making life easier for campers and off the back of 2023 funding, the company is poised to carve out a niche in the industry, contributing to the evolution of camping as a vibrant and tech-savvy leisure activity.
