Role
Who you are
- We are looking for fearless innovators who have an insatiable appetite for building what no one has built before
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- 5+ years of experience as an SRE/DevOps engineer responsible for deployment and maintenance of production systems
- Experience with Public Clouds (GCP/AWS). Knowledge of Google cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub or similar AWS technologies would be a plus
- Automation skills - SaltStack or equivalent tools(Ansible), knowledge of programming languages (Python, Golang, Java)
- Experience with CI/CD and orchestration tools Terraform, Nomad/Kubernetes, Consul, Jenkins, Gitlab
What the job involves
- As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of all production systems and services
- You will work together with other DevOps, Product and Engineering teams to design and implement SRE practice at Behavox to build foundational infrastructure allowing to support the rapid growth of the Behavox client base

- Perform deployment and maintenance of high-load and large-scale distributed storage and data processing systems in Public clouds
- Monitor, develop and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues, lead incident support, be part of the on-call team
- Automate routine operations using Python / Golang
- Maintain cloud based services in the public cloud providers (GCP/AWS)
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux operating systems and networks

- The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers
- Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible
- We want to get to know you and have a genuine conversation, so the use of AI tools or assistance during live interviews is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the process
- Interviews may be recorded for internal review purposes to ensure fairness and enable collaborative hiring discussions within the team

The volume of communications in the workplace is going up. Not only do people send emails, but now employees are communicating all day through internal chat platforms like Slack. Behavox helps companies make sense of the vast amount of data being produced from all of these messages.
The company uses AI and machine learning to aggregate and analyse large volumes of unstructured communications. The data produced can be used to create actionable insights on employees' performance and also help risk and compliance teams to identify bad actors.
Regulation is high for financial services companies, and it's likely to grow in other industries, increasing Behavox's potential addressable market. The company has continued to develop its offering, with a number of updates released throughout 2023, keeping the platform up-to-date with developing tech.
