- Solid experience in international sales and complex B2B selling with multiple stakeholders
- Proven background in SaaS or technology sales, ideally in retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results and client relationship building
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or Flemish is a plus
What the job involves
- As our Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you’ll play a pivotal role in building Voyado’s local presence, identifying new business opportunities, and owning the full sales cycle—from strategy and lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Focused on larger clients and new market segments, your work will make a real impact on our success
- In this role, you’ll represent Voyado at industry events, collaborate with our marketing and partner teams, and form alliances with external partners to drive our brand forward
- Build Voyado’s brand presence in the Netherlands and create new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, product demos, contract negotiations, and closing
- Present Voyado’s value proposition to prospective clients
- Partner with strategic SaaS vendors and consultancy firms to broaden our market reach
- Attend industry events and work closely with your Regional Sales Director to strategize new approaches and deals

The adoption of digital technology tools is growing exponentially, due to customer satisfaction outcomes. Voyado joined the sector in 2005 with its AI powered CRM platform. The company gives prized customer insights and tools for sharp customer communications. Voyado’s targeted customer base of e-commerce and retail clients are able to create hyper-personalised shopping experiences at each touchpoint through a unified data-base platform.
In 2022 the company acquired Apptus (another AI powered tool that seeks to understand customer behaviour and intent) which held clients like Avon, MAC Fashion, NA-KD, and Fortnum & Mason. With this acquisition Voyado and Apptus clients quickly gained access to more tools adding to the company’s rapid growth and advantageous client base. Since then, the company has expanded into the UK, with companies like Jigsaw naming it as its customer loyalty and marketing automation solution. Alongside collaborating with more integration tools like Kindly to continue to enhance it’s product. It will be exciting to see how the company continues to scale on a similar trajectory.
