Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in the tech industry as a customer success engineer/post-sales support or customer success
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a SaaS or software company
- Product Onboarding: Leading the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the setup and configuration of the product to ensure a smooth transition
- 2+ years Experience with Linux and/or Intermediate-level knowledge of network topology or databases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring customer success and satisfaction
Desirable
- Experience / knowledge in Docker & containerized environments
- Experience / knowledge of a broad range of coding technologies & APIs
- Knowledge of AI or Computer Vision or ML / DL processes
- Experience in retail and/or IoT
- Bilingual (French, Spanish, German etc)
What the job involves
- As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Success Engineer to join our dynamic team at our London, UK location
- As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by providing technical expertise, support, and guidance
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, resolve technical issues, and drive product adoption and satisfaction
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and implementation processes, guiding customers through product setup, configuration, and integration
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues or concerns raised by customers, escalating when necessary
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, technical guides, and best practices to facilitate customer understanding and self-service
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback, contribute to product improvements, and prioritize feature requests based on customer needs
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product functionalities, updates, and enhancements
