People Operations Coordinator, Worksome

• At Worksome, we help companies work with external talent in a smarter, simpler way. As our People Operations Coordinator, you’ll make sure our U.S. Employer-of-Record (EOR) offering runs like a well-oiled machine
• You’ll be the main point of contact for EOR employees from the moment they accept their offer to their last day
• You’ll handle onboarding, offboarding, HR admin tasks, and ensure compliance across the board
• You’ll also work closely with other teams and vendors to keep things moving smoothly
• Send offer letters, kick off onboarding, and be the go-to person for new hires in their first week
• Make sure onboarding workflows run like clockwork: offer letters, I-9 verification, E-Verify, etc
• Coordinate background checks and handle results based on company policy
• Keep employee records spotless in our HRIS
• Partner with third-party EORs to ensure onboarding is timely and accurate
• Manage smooth offboarding experiences, including final pay and exit processes
• Document processes (SOPs), monitor key metrics, and lead improvement projects
• Stay on top of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
• Respond to employee and client HR questions quickly and professionally
• Pitch in on product and process improvements
• Team up with other departments to streamline EOR operations
