Role
Who you are
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, with additional exposure to GCP or Azure a plus
- Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling
- Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python)
- Ability to contribute to architectural planning and system design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in complex or ambiguous environments
Desirable
- Experience with Elasticsearch in production
- Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or data/compute-heavy environments
- Working knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience working directly with internal or external customers to support and troubleshoot complex systems
- Background in a startup or high-growth tech environment
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. You’ll play a key role in designing and scaling the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven applications, ensuring our systems are fast, secure, and reliable as we grow
- Build and scale cloud-native infrastructure, primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Contribute to architectural decisions for platform services and system design
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Manage and orchestrate containerized services with Kubernetes
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast, secure delivery
- Implement and maintain observability tooling for monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Collaborate with engineering teams—including AI/ML, backend, and data—to support development and production workflows
- Help drive improvements in system performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
