Who you are

You need to have a strong passion to code and understand the application architecture and should be able to apply your mind to provide desired solutions and contribute towards the betterment of the product to take it to the next level
5+ Years of experience using Python
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Fast API)
Experience with database systems( MongoDB)
Experience in Large Language Model (LLM), Qdrant, Melvis,Chroma
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively
Working knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture
Experience with cloud computing platforms (such as Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)

What the job involves

As a Python Developer, you will be an integral member of the technology team
You will focus on the development of the code for the ContractPodAi application and configure it as per architectural requirements
You will closely work with the development and integration team to develop, integrate, refactor and configure the application
Collaborate with product owners, business managers and other developers to understand user requirements and develop high-quality software solutions
Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable data transformation code using Python
Participate in full project life cycle (including requirement analysis, system design, development, and support if required
Assist with development and perform support test and deployment of new features
Work on crucial features, as part of the team on a 2-week iterative Sprint

It also supplies Leah, its "Legal Copilot", that acts as an AI assistant for law and corporate teams. Ultimately, this allows users to improve the efficiency of legal workflows, and allows teams to spend more time scaling and less time on mundane and repetitive admin.

Whilst in-house legal team platforms have been around for decades, ContractPodAi has smartly recognised the limitations of existing solutions, and responded with a focus on making its offering both smarter and easier to use. The company has seen good funding and recognition over the years, and recently released a set of new features including comprehensive deep analysis tools.
