• As the sole paralegal, you'll work across a diverse range of legal workstreams, reporting directly to the Head of Legal in London
• From day one, you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and dive into meaningful legal work that directly impacts the business
• As our first paralegal, you will have direct impact on the company's trajectory and growth
• You'll be directly involved in workstreams that you get to see through from start to finish, giving you real ownership and visibility of outcomes
• Own the NDA process end-to-end, including drafting, negotiating, tracking and managing our NDA workflow
• Support lawyers with customer contract negotiations, primarily SaaS contracts and data sharing agreements, including document review, redlining, and coordinating execution
• Provide broad paralegal support across the legal team on a wide range of legal work, e.g. implementing policies
• Help develop and refine legal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability as we grow
• Maintain and update legal templates, playbooks, and knowledge management resources
