Who you are
- 10+ years of work channel partner experience with a minimum of 5 years of enterprise software industry business development experience developing value-added resellers or related channel business with a focus on IT, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Sales and/or Business Development
- Demonstrates leadership and passion to build and optimize
- Experience that demonstrates an ability to establish and maintain relationships effectively
- Ability to profile, identify, and recruit system integrator/consulting firms and technology partners worldwide
- Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, creative, respectful, high level of integrity and with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Your expertise extends to navigating complex partnership models to assemble the right portfolio of capable partners to ensure customer success
- You approach your work with a process-oriented mindset, utilizing metrics to inform data-driven decision-making

- To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re seeking a Partner Solutions Manager, Customer Experience to join our Global Channels and Alliances Organization
- This senior role will be responsible for orchestrating key strategic initiatives to architect and build an ecosystem to help serve our CX customer base worldwide
- The Partner Solutions organization manages the Channel strategy for extending Grammarly's business model by building and developing a portfolio of consulting, services, and selling partners
- The business leader will be responsible for growing and shaping the market effort to build Grammarly's presence and market share globally for the years to come

From professional writing to everyday correspondence, effective communication is critical. Grammarly is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps people write clearly and without mistakes, checking spelling, grammar, and other potential pitfalls.
Grammarly was originally launched as a subscription service for students, although the platform has moved into the mainstream in the last decade. It went freemium in 2015 and now works across more than 500,000 applications and websites including email clients, enterprise software, and word processors. Paid tiers give users more tools beyond grammar and spelling checks to include things like word choice, sentence rewrites, tone adjustments, fluency, and formality level.
The company has been profitable since the beginning and now has a valuation of more than $13 billion, placing it among the 10 most valuable startups in the US. The AI writing assistant space is heating up, and Grammarly is hoping to defend its positions against offerings including Scalenut, Ginger and Microsoft's Editor by the release of its SDK, making it far easier to integrate Grammarly into other applications. So far this has been used in over 4,000 products and earned excellent ratings and increased user numbers of Grammarly's service.
