Level - seniority level is of a junior/associate profile with 2–3 years of prior experience
Degree in Law. Admission to the National Bar Association is a plus
Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating problem-solving attitude
Perfect knowledge of English language (mandatory) - full proficiency of at least one of the following languages Italian/German/French/Spanish is a plus
Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management, consistently meeting deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks
Proficient drafting skills
Confidence in providing support to both legal teams and business units
Capability to showcase commercial awareness and a deep understanding of business requirements
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs), maintaining a consistently high standard of knowledge and application

What the job involves

We are looking for a Litigation and Legal Product Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers
Team - you will join the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department. reporting to Litigation and Legal Product Counsel
Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
Travel time required - average 15% needed
Support the Litigation department, coordinating paralegals and case management activities across different markets, with a particular focus on the UK market
Coordinate and liaise with external counsel to ensure effective case handling, consistency, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with the Legal Product team in reviewing and advising on the main legal aspects of the company’s travel products and related commercial initiatives
Support the implementation of internal processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law, and Tourism Law analysis
Prepare and deliver guidance documents, templates, and training materials for internal teams under the supervision of the Group Legal & Litigation Counsel
Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable legal processes that support sustainable business growth
Draft and review a wide range of international contracts, including distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, sponsorship, and confidentiality agreements
Provide legal advice on the regulatory and contractual framework applicable to the offering and sale of online travel products

Alongside this, it also signed a three-year contact with Ryanair to offer the airlines flights to customers.
