Experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related technical operations role within a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics/BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn multi-source data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Familiarity with ABX principles, lead management, and campaign attribution modeling

What the job involves

At Resolve, we’ve brought together experienced (and successful) entrepreneurs, experts in understanding our customers, and leading innovators in AI and distributed systems
Now we need the right people to help us tell that story—one prospect at a time
Join Resolve as a founding go-to-market team member, helping us build and execute the playbook to drive repeatable revenue while also building a respected brand within the engineering community
Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Eng to design scalable processes that improve campaign execution, lead management, and funnel visibility
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, ABX, analytics), ensuring tools are integrated, reliable, and driving pipeline efficiency
Develop reporting, dashboards, and inspection cadences that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and ROI
Establish strong data governance practices, building systems for accurate, accessible, and well-documented marketing data
Drive automation across workflows (lead capture, routing, scoring, enrichment, attribution) to increase speed, accuracy, and conversion
Collaborate with demand generation, brand, and SDR teams to ensure operational excellence in campaign planning and execution
Champion the use of AI and analytics to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and decision-making across marketing programs
